Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic Will Have Google Play Support
Previous leaks have already provided some information about the upcoming smartwatches, and a recent leak has revealed their codenames and model numbers, which have appeared in the Google Play Supported Devices list.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is expected to have two variants. The 40mm variant, codenamed fresh6bs with the model number SM-R930, and the 44mm variant, codenamed fresh6bl with the model number SM-R940. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will come in a 43mm variant codenamed wise6bs (model number SM-R950) and a 47mm variant codenamed wise6bl (model number SM-R960).
According to previous leaks, these four models will be released in eight different configurations, with options for LTE support or without it. The prices in Europe are rumored to start at €319 and go up to €499, but not all models may be available in all Samsung markets. The final details regarding model availability and pricing will be confirmed during the launch event at the end of July.
