Changed your mind? No problem!
We’re happy to accept returns for a refund within 14 days of receiving your package.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Initiate a Return
To request a refund, contact us at help@devicean.com or log into your account for self-serve returns.

Receive a Return Label
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return label.

Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.

Send Your Return
Attach the return label to the package and send it back to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
You can monitor the refund in your bank account using the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) code that we will provide via email. This code allows you to track the refund transaction with your bank.
