We’re sorry to hear about the issue with wireless Qi charging. The placement of the magnetic components can sometimes interfere with certain chargers. To help resolve this, we recommend trying the following:
Adjust the placement of your Qi charger and test again. Some chargers have a sweet spot where the phone aligns best.
Try using a charger with a higher charging output or one that features a stronger coil.
Make sure the case is properly aligned on the charger. Sometimes even a slight shift can impact the charging performance.
If your charger has adjustable power settings, try setting it to the highest out
